Harsco Corporation initiated an action in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania against Lucjan Zlotnicki, a former employee, seeking, inter alia, a declaratory judgment as to the ownership of an invention conceived and developed by Zlotnicki during his employment with Harsco.
